TO LOCATE YOUR PRODUCT

Select the general style of the item you are trying to locate from the tabs in the LH column under "Select Your Product". This will reveal a list of all the products in this category and will show thumbnail photos for visual identification. The products will be listed alphabetically by product name / code.

You can refine your search by selecting a style in the drop-down box at the head of the page. This will then show a further specific list of the items meeting your criteria. When you have located your product, click on the thumbnail image to go to the spares page, which will show all the available spares and accessories for that particular item.

To place a quick order for popular spares, (such as plugs, basket strainer wastes and O-ring seals) select the green "Q" in the RH column.

We do not process credit card payments online; instead, the appropriate information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure method to enable us to process your payment at the time the order is processed and the goods are dispatched.

Under new security measures introduced by our bank - in line with the introduction of "Chip and PIN" - we will require a "Verfification Code" when you enter your credit card details. This is the 3-digit code that appears as the last three numbers on the signature strip on the reverse of your card. Under no circumstances should you reveal your PIN, which is only used by you when using your card at the point-of-purchase.
